Well, I feel better now. My throat's still a little sore, but aside from that and a stuffy nose I'm right as rain again, thank goodness. And, normally, I wouldn't be updating my journal again so soon but... turns out there's not much to do here but play ff3, draw, and update my journal. I've already worn out the first two, so this is all I've left to do.

Anyway, so this portfolio thing, what do you guys think about it? Personally, for me, it could not have come at a better time. I've recently been thinking about setting up an official website for my art, on a count'a I've got some dastardly plans cooked up, but I really needed my own domain name and didn't want to have to pay for that. But now that the portfolio's are out, and I've got a sub, I don't have to pay for my own domain name! Because I already have! SUCCESS! It makes me a very happy camper.

Anyway, I've remembered some random things hat I had forgotten to say in earlier journals so here is an unsorted collection of my remembrances:

* The forest around Tahoe lake looks like something out of a fantasy movie. It is perfect, if you know what I mean.

* Airedales are a lot bigger than I remember them being.

* I really really miss my tablet, so badly, you can't even imagine.

* We're taking Gretchen to puppy school today, and there will be reports on that later, fo sho.

* I am deviously planning to sneak over the border back to Oregon so I can buy Prototype without sales tax.

* I have recently started re-writing Faylin's story (again) and, so far, I like this version the best. I always know I've started a good version when I end up finding myself drawing said story's character over and over and over again. Which I have. But I feel a bit like I'm abandoning Harlo. We've been having some rough times lately, I'm thinking about taking him to creator's counseling with me... I wonder if that even exists...

Um, I think that's it for now. Maybe I'll go make a poll or something. I'm a bit reluctant to make a portfolio yet because I have decided to switch accounts. Unbeknown-st to most of you, the account that I'm planning to switch to has been made for quite some time. It's if you're interested in checking it out, although, there's nothing there. Except for a really creepy welcome journal that probably makes small children cry.
